As a veteran in international boutique agencies, over the years she has helped various global brands in their branding, localized and digitalized journey on the competitive and yet unique Chinese market. Mavis is highly passionate about branding, she is a creative individual, and an account director who is both detail-oriented and strategy-driven.
Mavis graduated from Shanghai International Studies University, majoring in French language and literature. She speaks fluent English, French, Mandarin, Shanghainese and Cantonese. She believes in the power of languages in marketing and is highly sensitive to the impact of cultural nuances in branding projects.
Her expertise includes strategy planning, project management and account management. She has led various projects covering consumer insights, product launches, naming, social media marketing, digital marketing, O2O customer experience design, and IMC campaign (creative, strategy and execution).
