Brand Positioning and Strategy  – Challenge 

Based on a recent intense growth strategy, SOMFY is now aiming to consolidate a strong global vision to keep the lead on the market and reinforce brand value. The group needs to capitalize on its existing brand portfolio thanks to a solid architecture and to boost the global equity of SOMFY brand. 

Along with the transformation of the industry, SOMFY has for mission to continue to deliver a prospective and inspiring vision with a distinctive brand territory. 

Brand Positioning and Strategy  – Solution 

Our mission was to reinforce SOMFY brand via a solid architecture that enable consistent strategy roll out and that infuses a leading prospective vision. 

With a unique B2BC positioning, SOMFY brand needed to find the right structure to address a large variety of targets and adapt its model accordingly. 

Thanks to our expertise in the following areas: Brand Audit, Brand Architecture, Brand Platform, and Brand Codes, we were able to propose a solution that matched the Somfy brand’s expectations. 

Results

Finally, we were a seamless and close collaboration with the Somfy team, with our expertise in: brand audits, brand architecture, brand platforms and brand codes, we were able to come up with a solution that meets the expectations of the Somfy brand.
