Global Ambitions, Local Insights: Welcoming Endeavor Vietnam to Labbrand Shanghai Overview

On June 22, we had the pleasure to welcome a delegation of entrepreneurs and founders from Endeavor Vietnam at our Labbrand Shanghai office, as part of their Go Global Tour 2026 exploring China’s fast-evolving business ecosystem.

We had a really energizing exchange centered on two key topics that are top of mind for founders expanding globally:

1. How Chinese companies build global brands

We shared how brands in China are thinking beyond domestic success — from sharpening global positioning, to adapting brand systems for different markets while staying true to a core identity.

2. Building and managing global teams

We also discussed what it really takes behind the scenes of global expansion — from structuring teams across markets, to navigating cultural differences and keeping alignment as complexity grows.

Our Chief of Growth, Anabelle Hourriez, walked the group through selected client cases showing how Labbrand helps brands unlock and scale global relevance. Our Managing Partner, Kevin Gentle, added real, on-the-ground insights from years of working across China and international markets.

What made the session especially memorable was the energy in the room. The founders came with sharp questions, real curiosity, and a strong drive to learn — turning the discussion into a true two-way exchange.
