Labbrand Managing Director Anabelle Hourriez Presents at The Indie Summit 2019

On May 10th, Labbrand Managing Director Anabelle Hourriez presented at The Indie Summit 2019 on the topic of Chinese brand naming. The Indie Summit an annual event where industry experts of independent agencies from all around the world gather to share their ideas and network with peers. This year the event was held in Beijing from May 8th to 10th.

Anabelle Hourriez presented at the event on the topic of Chinese brand naming, emphasizing on the importance of building a strong verbal identity for international brands. She first introduced the key benefits of having a Chinese brand name and then followed with the types of Chinese brand names as well as naming trends in China.

Labbrand’s past work such as Airbnb, LinkedIn, Dior, Booking.com further illustrated the importance of a robust Chinese verbal identity in cementing a brand’s place in the China.
