East Meets West in the AI Era 丨Strategy session of KMIND CONSULTING & Labbrand

East Meets West in the AI Era 丨Strategy session of KMIND CONSULTING & Labbrand Overview

In July 2026, Labbrand CEO Vladimir Djurovic was invited to the KMIND CONSULTING Business Strategy session last month, joining Yale scholars, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders to explore strategic opportunities in the AI era.

During the session, Vladimir engaged in an inspiring cross-cultural dialogue with Noah Xie, Chairman and CEO of Kmind Consulting. Despite his French background, Vladimir shared that Eastern philosophies struck him as “truly beautiful.”

Drawing from over 20 years of entrepreneur experience in China, he has integrated Western analytical rigor with Eastern holistic thinking into Labbrand’s consulting approach, enabling brands to navigate changing business landscape and achieve long-term growth.

Vladimir also reflected on the evolving role of AI in strategic consulting. While AI brings unprecedented computational capabilities, strategic judgment requires more than single-dimensional problem-solving — companies must uncover unique value rooted in cultural DNA, consumer insight, and long-term branding.

Echoing this perspective, Noah highlighted that true business differentiation derived from strategic wisdom — discovering “what cannot be replicated by others.”

The session sparked lively and insightful discussions that extended beyond AI strategy to broader topics in brand consulting, creating a meaningful exchange of perspectives across cultures and industries.

Looking ahead, Labbrand looks forward to continuing its dialogue with Kmind and other industry leaders to help brands navigate change and unlock new growth opportunities.
