POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Spatial Experience Design Intern to join our dynamic design team.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of spatial design, working on real-world projects that will enrich your portfolio.

You will support our team in building credentials, enriching star case studies, developing methodology diagrams, and assisting with proposal preparations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Building Credentials:

• Assist in compiling and organizing project documentation.
• Contribute to the creation of visual and written content that showcases our design capabilities and successes.
• Collaborate with the corporate branding team to ensure consistent and compelling presentation of our credentials.

2. Enriching Star Case Studies:

• Support the development of detailed case studies for high-profile projects.
• Gather and analyze project data, client feedback, and outcomes.
• Create visually engaging case study materials, including diagrams, photos, and narrative descriptions.

3. Methodology Diagramming:

• Assist in illustrating design methodologies and processes through clear and compelling diagrams.
• Collaborate with designers to translate complex ideas into easy-to-understand visual representations.
• Ensure that all diagrams adhere to brand guidelines and are of high quality.

4. Proposal Support:

• Help prepare design proposals for prospective clients.
• Conduct research and gather relevant information to support proposal development.
• Assist in the creation of presentation materials, including slides, graphics, and written content.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a degree in Spatial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Holding an industry recognized diploma or degree in interior design or architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling (sketchup), Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, Enscape.
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
• Reliable and detail-oriented with good communication skills.
• Experience with on-site construction.
• A good technical understanding of construction and required documentation.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• An impressive portfolio, demonstrating recent work.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate with clients.
• A solutions-driven outlook, fuelled by curiosity and an innovative mind.
