DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION
As the Corporate Branding Specialist based in our Shanghai headquarters, you will be the gatekeeper and amplifier of our own brand. You will ensure our brand image is correctly communicated through various channels internally and externally, explore and recommend activities to promote our brand, screen and integrate the relevant messages to support brand building and business development and develop and maintain a trust-based relationship with correspondents, media and other related associations.
Through your journey in Labbrand Group, you will become a brand expert in tune with the latest state of the art in the branding field.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Brand Execution & Support
- Assist in implementing brand strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines across all touch points.
- Support the creation and maintenance of brand assets.
2. Campaign & Event Coordination
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns under guidance, tracking performance metrics and reporting results.
- Coordinate logistics for online/offline events (webinars, workshops, industry forums).
3. Media & Content Development
- Draft bilingual content (social posts, newsletters) to amplify brand storytelling.
- Support media relationship management and monitor industry trends for actionable insights.
4. Digital & Analytics
- Utilize basic digital and AI tools to optimize content performance.
- Assist in compiling campaign reports and presenting data-driven recommendations.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with design, HR, and regional teams to ensure brand alignment in internal/external projects.
- Learn to manage external vendors and agencies under mentorship.
REQUESTED COMPETENCIES
Core Competencies:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or related fields (agency experience is a plus).
- Good understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong bilingual communication skills for content creation and team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Exposure to AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) or CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe CC) is an advantage.
