MADJOR is the Labbrand group’s digital agency. Our mission is to help clients deliver signature digital brand experiences that effectively build long-term brand differentiation. To do so we combine our capabilities in insights, technology, strategy and experience design. Our projects include digital lifestyle insights, digital brand experience design, workshops, new product/service design and development of digital platforms, as well as delivery of content and campaigns.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Experience Design Lead of Madjor based in our Shanghai headquarters, you will report to Director of UX, Innovation and Strategy. You will lead and drive sophisticated user experience solutions for our clients. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams to conceptualize, and champion high-quality user centered experience design. By collaborating with business team and supporting Director, you will activate existing clients and develop new clients. Provide leadership, training andcoaching is also your mission to achieve great team performance.

Project Excellence I We see beauty in each project: we aim to make everyhuman and enterprise uniquely brilliant and beautiful, how about you?

  • Conceptualize, and champion high-quality user centered experience design by creating simple, consistent, contextual and culture relevant experiences.
  • Enable the creation of concept models, user interface sketches, and schematics.
  • Provide deliverables including prototypes, proof of concept documents, wire frames, user flows, use cases, and user scenario.
  • Lead / facilitate Design Thinking workshops working directly with end users & business partners, clients

Client Engagement I We buildjourney with clients, guide them through unique, various and exciting projects.Are you ready to build a new journey, too?

  • Deliver well-prepared proposals and pitch ideas confidently, make successful presentations and the creative vision clearly to clients.
  • Collaborate with Business and Account Management team (BAM) to activate existing clients and develop new clients.
  • Support BAM team for account management. Communicate with client, during and after project completion to enhance client loyalty.

Thought Leadership I You will become a brand expert in tune with thelatest state of art in the branding field.

  • Keep informed about all latest trends in experience design and share to the team on a regular basis.
  • Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to other designers (UX, Visual, and Copywriting).
  • Coach others and use your skills in research, design, and wireframing to prototype new experiences that will drive value for people, partners and/or businesses.

Team Development I You have the opportunity to experience freedom toexplore and embark on new territories, shall you take it?

  • Implement quality improvement, including organization, process, and tools.
  • Guide team to learn new knowledge and techniques, providing strategic guidance on service and experience design including all aspects of application and touchpoints.

REQUESTED COMPETENCIES

  • 5+ years of experience in an Experience Design, User Experience.
  • Several examples of successfully launched projects which demonstrate strategic, conceptual and creative thinking
  • A solid understanding and demonstration of user centered design principles
  • A good understanding of what types of experiences are made possible by current digital technologies
  • Able to collaborate actively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • In possession of excellent interpersonal communication skills, analytical and leadership skills
  • Must be organized, able to act independently, and able to switch rapidly between different projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in at least one of the following domains; product design, commerce, mobile, branding, retail, and social media a plus.
  • Knowledge of at least one UI tools for design, presentation and prototyping including Figma, Sketch, the Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Principle, Keynote, and others.
