Labbrand Creates Chinese Brand Name and Localization Strategy for Première Vision

Leading French textile and fashion event Première Vision partnered with Shanghai Fashion Week 2015 to host a fashion workshop Première Vision Live at Xintiandi Shanghai in April, 2015. Première Vision presented leading industry trends to fashion professionals and experts, and unveiled its new Chinese name 品锐至尚 [pǐn ruì zhì shàng] created by Labbrand.

With over 25 shows over the world , Première Vision is one of world’s most prestigious fashion events that focuses on exhibiting premium materials and services from fibre choices to fashion manufacturing. Première Vision has 11 offices worldwide and welcomes loyal buyers from 173 countries every year.

Labbrand conducted cultural research and identified positioning strategy for Première Vision in the Chinese market. Based on the localized brand positioning, Labbrand created the Chinese brand name 品锐至尚 [pǐn ruì zhì shàng] that conveys key attributes of the brand – taste, quality, fashion, premium and sharpness.

“The new Chinese name signifies a closer connection between Première Vision and China’s fashion designers,” said Guglielmo Olearo, International Exhibitions Director of Première Vision.
