Labbrand Interviewed by Business Magazine World Trademark Review

Labbrand, a leading China originated brand consultancy, has been interviewed by World Trademark Review, a business news outlet specializing in trademark related issues. The story is published in the February/ March issue of the World Trademark Review magazine.

The article, entitled “Luxury brands adapt to a new China”, explores how the new anti-corruption policies and enforcement trends have affected the luxury goods industry in China, and how brands are responding to these challenges. Feifei Xu, Brand Strategy Director at Labbrand, joined World Trademark Review to share Labbrand’s insights on the topic. When talking about the impact of counterfeits in relation to recent developments, Xu pointed out, “Fighting counterfeits is more than ensuring sales and protecting brand assets. For luxury brands, the movement is actually an invisible market education.”
