Labbrand CEO Vladimir Djurovic Interviewed by BBC on the Rio Olympics
SHANGHAI, 23 AUGUST, 2016 – Renowned broadcaster and news network BBC recently interviewed Vladimir Djurovic, CEO of Labbrand, regarding the branding of the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. The interview was aired live on August 4th, 2016, as a segment of the World Business Report programme on BBC World.

When talking about to what extent the scandals can affect the Olympic global sponsor brands, Mr. Djurovic remarked, “The Olympics is a much more diverse organization with very diverse associations in the customers’ or the viewers’ mind... Even for the brands that are using the Olympics as a sponsorship platform… there are ways [for example by using the image of an athlete] for them to still benefit from the associations with the Olympics.”
