Market research reveals teens preferences

A recent survey conducted by the online community Habbo discovered that teenagers value better old style brands than new ones.
The poll was conducted online among more than seven thousand teenagers who revealed their preferences when coming to food, drinks, clothing choices just by a simple click.

As very rightly put by Anasta Goodstein, founder of Yulpe.com: “these preferences show that investing in brands still matters…it means that these brands have succeeded in branding by being the ones teens think of first and foremost when asked”.
Still, among the well established giants some new companies have emerged in the pool. These are the ones who have discovered a demand in the market that had not been satisfied by their better established competitors. Hollister’s sales, for instance, skyrocketed to the first place in the clothing category as it satisfies the demand for more affordable clothing following in the style of Abercrombie & Fitch.
